The server we had was great, very attentive asked about food allegeries and even checked with the chef for us. The food was great and nice place on the west side to eat. Though it does get very crowded.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Food, service
Cons:
None
A party of 14 and not one person was disappointed with anything. The food was fantastic and so was our server. We tipped way over the 18% but he earned it for sure. Celebrated our sons 9th birthday here, once our server realized that - he did some very special things for him. Thanks Disney, Thanks Wolfgang Pucks !!

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Nice Views for window tables
Cons:
Poor management, poor service and poor food
Upon checking in at the first floor we were told to see the person upstairs for a table. The line waiting on the stairs for someone to assign a table went halfway down the stairs, creating a safety situation. Once seated, the food took over an hour to get served and then had to be sent back because it was the wrong order. Talking to the tables to my left and behind me, those parties had the same problem with service and sending food back. Once the food did arrive, half of our party of four enjoyed their dishes of weinerschnitzel and fish and the other two of us had a duck with noodles that was completely tasteless. Many of the tables remained empty for long periods while we spent two hours trying to have dinner there. Management was at a complete loss to handle the crowds on the stairs and the poor waiter service. Between the service, food and empty tables that night, Wolgang lost a lot of money in people who didn't wait around to get seated and those like us who will never return.
