Positive aspects of the product (pros): Casual place and yet still good food Cons: Servers sometimes aren't attentive
Always fun! Cold drinks and hot food. Love the opportunity to get someting like home cookin' rather than a burger or sandwich for lunch.
Sometimes the wait staff seems to "get lost" in back, but sometimes they are super friendly, I guess it might just be luck on which you get.

HOB has a menu that offers foods with a Cajun/Creole twist. This may not be for everybody, but they do it very well.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): cornbread! music! atmosphere! Cons: dark
House of blues is a favorite of mine to eat at because of the music and the cornbread! seriously, the cornbread is like cake it is so good! They have really good, home style food and if you are lucky you can get a live musical show during your meal while you eat (usually in the evenings). It's a fun place to eat.. but it can be a bit dark inside... make sure to make reservations if you are going on a weekend!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): menu variety, wait staff Cons: 1 of us got food poisoning
great atmosphere. great wait staff. good variety on menu. we ate at house of blues last day of vacation (didn't eat anywhere else that day). sister had ham sandwich w/boursin cheese and LOVED it. i unfortunately had a simple turkey club which gave me food poisoning in less than 20 minutes after eating. (i have a masters in nursing so yes i'm qualified to say it was food poisoning and where i got it from). was vomiting less than 5 minutes after paying check and kept doing so for the 2 1/2 hour ride home. if it weren't for that i'd have given them an 8 or 9 rating.

House of Blues is a new must do for my family. We enjoyed dinner there on 7/31/12 and all 5 of us enjoyed our meal. The food was excellent and the server knowledgeable and friendly. We will be back!
