Description: Closing permanently June 1, 2012.

Year Opened: 1971
Snow White's Scary Adventure may lull you into thinking it's okay for the pre-school set. Sure there's the 'may be too intense for very young children' warning, but, if you're 'Dopey' like me, you'll think it can't be all that bad.
The fear factor kicks in from the start when you see Snow White's stepmother become the Wicked Witch. That means your little one may very well keep his/her eyes jammed shut for the rest of the ride.
You go through the dark and spooky woods, you see the Dwarf's and their cottage, the witch gets what's coming to her (YAY!!), and in the end Snow White's prince saves the day. It's very low tech and there's rarely a wait. Wheelchair guests must be able to transfer from their chairs to the mine carts.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Another one of those Disney classics
Cons: May be a little scarey for young kids

We went in March 2011. It is always funny to see 2 adults with no kids standing in line to ride Snow White (that was us both near 40 years young). Because of the darkness, it may be alittle too scarey for very small kids but a great Disney classic.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Nice review of a Disney Classic
Cons: scary for kids

Snow White is an all time Disney classic, but the imagineers went a little overboard on the wicked queen and made a ride that is really scary for kids. I'll be glad to see it replaced in the new fantasyland.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Cons:

Waited about 10 minutes around 10:45am on 5/24/10. I am told that this ride terrified me at the age of 3, now as a 19 year old I understand why. It is dark, and some scenes could be a bit scary. I think I can wait another 16 years to ride it again.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): None
Cons: Short, Long Line, Boring, Unoriginal, and Just Plain Stupid.

This ride will get almost the same review as Peter Pan because they are both the same ride, but this one is 5 times more dull. The line was an hour and a half and my kids really wanted to go on it, so I had to wait in line. Once we were on the ride, I thought of more enjoyable experinces at my grandmother's bingo games at her retirement home. The ride was made even more exciting because the kid behind us hurled his cotton candy all over our car. As I was already excited enough to be on ride, I had to worry about getting puke off my brand new mickey shirt. This ride was a total waste of 2 hours.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): fairly short line, pretty fun ride
Cons: very scary, short ride

I rode this ride twice last night, with no waits. I went on with my sister and her friend (both 18), two of my little brothers (7 and 9), my best friend (14), and my older brother (19). We all screamed our heads off during the ride. It is extremely scary, especially for the little ones. When the ride was over, we were all shocked on how the ride is in Fantasyland and so much little kids go on it. But I do really like the ride, it's fun but a little too short.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Classic
Cons: Could be scary

While it's easy to picture kids scared to death in here, not all are. My 4 year old couldn't get enough of it her first time. Definately be aware of possible freights, but each kid is different, a lot still enjoy it.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Beautiful scenes
Cons: scary for young children

I am amazed how low this ride is rating. It is fun, silly, spooky, and too short. Sure, its a little scary but so is life. Smile

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Some great artwork
Cons: Needs updating

The Disney classic. The ride is a bit darker but otherwise true to the story. The queue has some wonderful artwork. The low tech of this attraction is really obvious but we always still make a point of riding it.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Classic Disney dark ride
Cons: Can frighten small children

This is a classic example of Disney. The ride is a good one but not my favorite. I very rarely ride this unless it is almost walk on. If you are missing the fireworks this is a great time to do this ride as it usually has no line at this time. Even though it really isn't too scary it can still frighten small children.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): happy ending
Cons: needs updating

The ride just seems dated. I took my 2.5 year old in it and he was fine and didn't get scared, but he didn't seem to enjoy it either. From an adult perspective, it just felt dated.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Cons: Scary for young kids

We always enjoy going on this ride for two reasons, love the story and the line is always short, I don't think I have ever waited for more than 10 minutes for this ride. It can be scary for little kids though, so skip it or cover their eyes.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): story of Snow White
Cons: scary for really young kids

This ride really scared our 2 year old at the time. Now it just seems OK. Seems like a typical dark ride, but with the Snow White story.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Cons: Very scary for young children

This ride frightened me so badly when I was 5 that I wasn't able to ride it again until I was a teenager. And it's the only thing I can vividly remember from my first trip and it was the only ride that scared me. They've since changed the ride, but I don't think it's much of an improvement. I wouldn't take my small child anywhere near this ride.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Ride moves, shorter lines than most
Cons: A Scary ride of Snow White? Why?

I recommend to go to this ride once. That is all you need to say to yourself, "What were they thinking?". I think there was a conspiracy to knock down and muddy the character of sweet, pure Snow White - the original Disney Princess. Who do I think did it? Let's just say she can look out her window above the ride in her castle.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): line moves fast
Cons: scarey stuff, too intense for little ones with wild imaginations

I don't like the part where the queen tells the huntsman to kill Snow White...I can't remember if she tells him to bring back her heart in a box like she does in the movie. My granddaughter was so scared that it was sad. The witch is really ugly. The dwarfs are cute. I would avoid this with little ones. I like it because I am afraid of heights..and the line moves really fast.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Snow White
Cons: old effects, short ride

I must be the only one with a little one who never found this scary (then again she is fine with the haunted mansion and terrified of the 3D effects in Mickey's Philharmagic) I don't find this to be a scary ride. My daughter has been going on this since 23mo and she is now 7.5yr. Before you make your decision about this ride remember every kid is different!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): nice way to get out of sun
Cons: Scary for kids, bad plot

I'd recommend this ride once per trip, but only if your little ones aren't easily scared. The dark effects in this ride can be pretty frightening. It's a classic, but is a little choppy in the way it follows the story.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): beutiful rendition of scenes from the movie
Cons: limited excitement beyond the targeted age group

Lines can get very long; should try to get on ride shortly after park opening.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Cons: scary and boring

All fairy tales have a dark side, but the thing I like about disney is they choose to look at the bright side of the fairy tales. I love Snow White movie, but don't enjoy how scary they make this one and unfortunately little kids don't get to enjoy it either.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Cute
Cons: Bland

This feels alot like a traveling carnival dark ride, like a tunnel of love or haunted mansion type ride. I'm not crazy about it. It was cute, but once was enough. Very much like an extra large pop-up book.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): fun, classic. colorful
Cons: scary for some lil ones

This is a cute ride but beware of scary witch for lil ones. It is a fast ride and can have a long wait at times. Must do once.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): better than the original
Cons: scary for small kids

A good, but not great dark ride. The effect of the Queen looking in the mirror and spinning around revealing the witch is great.

Cons: Needs a Rehab

This is one I will go on every time I see there is no or little wait (which is often). I wish they would clean it up.
