From the beginning, which usually starts with a short wait outside the doors, to the end this attraction entertains and captivates. It manages to use the new technology of the 4D movie and smells/water effects to bring something that can't be found anywhere else (although Bug's Life comes close). Mix in a tough of nostalgia for the films/music and even a few thrills like Peter Pan and Aladin flying and this ranks as one of the top attractions on property. DO NOT miss it! In fact, see it more than once!

my favorite attraction at the Magic Kingdom and a definte must see. its a fun trip with Donald through scenes from Beauty and the Beast, Fantasia, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Peter Pan, and Aladdin. Best 3D effects out of all the 3d attractions.

Waited about 10 minutes at 7pm on 5/24/10. This show is the only 3-D show I can even remotely tolerate. I think it is adorable, and had great fun reaching out to try and grab the "jewels" and such. The two things I don't like: The instruments flying towards the audience and the champagne bottles popping, but I also have some sensory problems; I'm sure most people don't have issues with this.

i can never understand why this never has a line! its one of the best family attractions at WDW! i just love it. even my husband who isnt the biggest disney fan loved it because he was remembering when he was a little boy and loved the lion king (and donald is his fave character) it even made him feel like a kid again!

This is a wonderful 3D show with great Disney music. It incorperates alot of the Disney characters and there are smell effects at certain parts! Inside and airconditioned, nice on a really hot florida day!...However young young children probably shouldn't watch this with their 3D glasses on. Everytime I've seen this show (about 8 times) there have been young kids who get frightened by the 3D animation. My suggestion is just don't put the glasses on them cuz they freak out! Don't miss it!

Our family's favorite attraction list goes 1. Everest 2. Big Thunder Mountain 3. Philharmagic. It is not only the best attraction of it's kind, it's one of the best attractions in all of WDW. The 3D technology is not the new "True 3D" kind, but it's the best application of 3D I've ever seen. When the show was over, we looked at each other in wide-eyed smiling amazement. Pure Disney Magic!

My wife and I were looking forward to seeing this attraction so much that it was the first thing we did when we arrived at the park. I was really confused at how "crummy" the exterior of the attraction is presented. If you haven't heard about the attraction before you arrive at MK, it is easy to assume it is just another "kiddie" ride, especially as it is connected to Peter Pan's Flight.
This is one of the few attractions at WDW that totally exceeded my expectations. The film itself is pristine and the colors so clear and bright that you truly become immersed in the story. The "scents and water" effects are perfectly in sync with the action on screen. I found myself so involved watching the film, that each "special effect" totally caught me off guard, which makes the attraction hands down the best 3-D experience in the park.
We saw this attraction several times during each of our last two visits. It is truly a "hidden gem" in Fantasy Land. Don't make the mistake of assuming it is a typical Fantasy Land kiddie attraction. This show is E ticket quality and it's so easy to "miss" as you tour the park because from the outside,it has the look of a "minor attraction", which it clearly is not.
If you only have a limited time in the park, make sure you find time for this special attraction. It appeals to lovers of Disney films of all ages. In a park filled with Pixar and new animation, it's a sweet look back at the Disney we all grew up with. It's truly magic!

Don't miss this for anything. This is by far the best 3d movie at WDW. I do love the others but this is my favorite. The size, effects, and detail of the sound and animation are amazing. Very rarely is there a long wait but if you do end up waiting it is well worth it.
