Positive aspects of the product (pros): Bob Jackson performance is worth the trip. Cons: Usually have to get there early if you want a table.
Bob Jackson is hilarious and has the ability to get the shyest and quietest of people up and galloping around the bar like a horse. If you're staying at Port Orleans Riverside, or French Quarter it is definitely worth it to stop by for a Bob Jackson performance. Also the wait staff is pretty attentive for a packed lounge/bar.

Bob puts on the best shows. He really gets everyone involved, after all, "you'll never see these people again"! This must be one of the best undiscovered shows at WDW.
The staff is great too, it can get crowded at times, yet they are very attentive and efficient.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Bob Jackson Cons: Not enough hours in the day to enjoy the show
Bob Jackson is the best performer most never hear about at Disney. His show is interactive and worth the stop, even if you're not staying at this resort. Taking a night and seeing one of his shows will leave you wanting more.
The servers are top notched and will take care of you and all the others in attendance. If there's not a table available during the first show, stick around for the second showing and you'll be amazed at the fun you have, even if you're singing the same song.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Bob Jackson & big plush leather chairs and couches Cons: They close too early
We have visited River Roost for years. Even on nights that Bob is off it is a great place to relax and have a drink after a long day in the parks.
I wish all WDW lounges would stay open a bit later. After all we are all on vacation no need to close up at 12:00.

Piano Bob is just awesome. He is such a wonderful entertainer and he involves kids in his music. He is able to feel out the audience and just is hilarious. Even if you see him night after night, year after year, you never tire of him. His classic songs, like Sara are a hoot. We go home and sing them over and over. Bob is so down to earth and loves people. He is a gem Do not miss him!
The servers here are just so nice and accomodating. They are attentive, and service is quick. Great snacks, and good drinks. This is a great place, and everyone gets involved with Bob.
We love it.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Bob Jackson, no one has more fun than us Cons: At 12am Bob stops playing
I can not imagine going to WDW without seeing Bob. We fisrt saw him back in 2005 after a long day in the parks and had to stop in and see him on our way to the room. Ever since, we always make sure to see him, sometimes 2 or 3 time during our stay. I'm very shy and hate to dance or anything like that, but Bob has me running round the room with everyone eles. I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned that his show is completely kid friendly. I know its a lounge, but I would have no problem bringing any kids along. The servers are also great. They don't serve meals but you can order apps off the menu. Sometimes we grab food from the food court and bring it back. We just make sure to order our drinks from the bar during the show.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): YeeHaw Bob Cons: Bob's show does have to end each evening
I was staying at POFQ and decided to walk over to Riverside to check out Bob. I am so glad that I did! I had so much fun. Bob is so energetic and fun, he had everyone singing, clapping, and dancing. I liked him so much that it would be hard for me to stay somewhere other than the Port Orleans resorts just to make it easier to see Bob again.
