Positive aspects of the product (pros): Wonderful Service, Excellent steaks Cons: Vegetarian options
We dined at Shula's at the WDW Dolphin on October 28th 2008 for our after-wedding meal.
From the start the service was top quality. Having decided on this restaurant well in advance, we kept in contact with the events coordinator regularly, and there was no request too big for them to handle.
We were given a semi-private area of the restaurant (a "sideline" room) just close to the entrance and it really was perfect for the 12 of us who dined.
When we arrived we were put into the bar area while our table was prepared, were we spent 20 minutes relaxing and enjoying some drinks.
When we were seated the excellent service continued, with a team of knowledgable staff attending to our every need, and head waiter Shane made sure everything was perfect.
Starters came and were all very good, particularly the barbacued shrimp wrapped in bacon and the crab macaroni-cheese.
When it came time to order our entrees, a cart was brought round to show everyone the produce to help them choose.
The entree's were all succesful, with wonderful steak being the highlight. The only thing lacking was a vegetarian option, and my Dad was basically given a "plate of sides", but he is fussy at the best of times.
Overall I fully recommend Shula's, and we will definitely be returning there the next time were in Orlando!

Good but can be a heavy meal.
Great cocktails and steaks. Portions are huge but price can be also.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great steaks, extensive wine list. Cons: Almost too dark to see the meal.
Perhaps the best cuts of beef on property. Refined atmosphere. Side dishes are large enough to serve two or more. Make no mistake, this is an expensive experience. Shula's does honor the Tables in Wonderland card. : Posted via eTicket

Positive aspects of the product (pros): cannot find better beef on Disney properties Cons: can you handle a 32 oz slice of prime rib???
DW and I shared the rib eye (Cowboy Steak... 22 oz) and was excellent... atmosphere and food here is fantastic, but the portions are huge so if you are not a 300 lb line backer be prepared to humble youreself and share an entree with your date or bring a people box home for tomorrow's dinner.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Outstanding Service, amazing food Cons: Price
We ate here in October 2012. This place was outstanding, I cannot wait to go back here. Our server Perry was awesome! He was spot on suggesting types of steaks, drinks, side dishes and so on. This hotel is also very beautiful which makes me want to stay here someday. The price is a little bit high but you get what you pay for and we paid for prime meat and drinks. I think our bill was well over $200 for two people but was worth every penny. Totally blows Disney steakhouses out of the water.
