We have only dined at Fresh during breakfast. The omelet station makes this a great buffet as you have the opportunity to get fresh eggs cooked to your liking. My husband and son enjoy the pancakes as well. The only drawback to this restaurant is the price. It is more expensive than most other WDW breakfast buffets. It makes it a difficult choice when it is so close to Cape May Cafe or the Yacht Club Galley.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): FREE DESSERT BAR!, quiet, great service Cons: high prices for lunch
I dined here on 6/5/09 during a conference at the Swan and had a very enjoyable time. The resturant was empty and the lunch came with a complimentary dessert bar that featured cakes, and mousses, tirimisu, creme brulee, cheesecake.. it was all wonderful. I ordered a turkey sandwich on a criossant which was tasty, but very expensive (14.95 for the sandwich which came with couscous). Overall the eperience was wonderful and I would go back in a heartbeat.

We really enjoy this spot for breakfast. This is a buffet with all you would expect to find plus a few surprises. Last visit (April 23rd) they had 5 chefs ready to prepare omlettes, eggs to order, Mickey waffles, Mickey pancakes (hot off the griddle).
Plenty of pastry, cereals (hot/cold), fresh fruit and 4 special fresh squeezed juice mixes. We were seated immediately and the buffet is ready without delay. Our server left a coffee pot on our table which was quite helpful.
Kids get a coloring book and crayons which comes in handy. When your done eating you are right at one end of the Disney Board Walk where you can stroll off that extra few strips of bacon and enjoy the morning.
