Positive aspects of the product (pros): No reservations needed. Wide selection Cons: No "real food" just sandwiches and salads
A great place to eat. We ate with a large group and everyone liked what they ordered and the service was excellent. I love a good cheeseburger and this one was very good. I would eat her again in a hearbeat.

I've only ever gotten ice cream here, and it is fantastic. I like it just as much as Beaches and Cream, and it's more convenient if you are staying at the Swan or Dolphin.

We went for icecream and yes they do make an icecream sundae like the famous "kitchen sink" at beaches and cream at the beach club resort.
I do believe it was $20.99 but it did feed my family of 4 (2 adults/2 teens) and we couldn't even finish it this is how big it was.
The service was quick and orderly the resturant was very clean. If you are a DVC owner remember to show your card and you will get 20% off your meal.

This little soda fountain place is much easier to get into that Beaches and Cream across the lake. Not only that, but the burgers here are even better than those at B&C. Service is competent. The decor is a bit un-inspired.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): fast, convenient, great onion rings Cons: expensive
We went to The Fountain for lunch on Easter Sunday, mainly because Fresh was packed and TF was just opening. I had a blt, which was standard, nothing special. I also ordered a onion rings. These were the best onion rings I've ever had. The batter was nice and crisp, not soggy. The onions were big and flavorful. I ended up eating all the onion rings and two bites of the blt. I would go to The Fountain for sides or an ice cream or milkshake. I think the entrees are too expensive and just ok.

Very good alternative to Beaches and Cream. Food quality was very good.

Along the lines of Beaches and Cream with the atmosphere toned down considerably. Food is good. We had no trouble getting in. However, pricing is convention-high, as are all the S/D restaurants.

Great burger - I like that it is served with chips instead of fries. Wonderful service - manager even went around to all the tables checking to see if everything was alright.
Our server was the best and didn't do the internal eye roll when we asked if we could have hard ice cream instead of the softserve with the apple crumble sundae. We let her know that it was okay if she had to charge us more; she didn't charge us extra - she got it added on to her tip!The sundae was huge and delicious!

Came here for dinner based on the reviews. I agree, the best cheeseburger I can remember having on property. But unless you're going to add onion rings or fries (at additional cost), you're going to get basic lay's potato chips with it. They sorta bring it down a star. The Fountain has long been a favorite of ours. In fact, IMO some of the best restaurants in WDW are located in The Dolphin and The Swan. (remember - it's an easy walk or boat ride from Epcot's "backdoor") to those hotels.
In addition to the incredible burgers, they make a Cuban flatbread that is "to die for". It's *huge* and reasonably priced.
It's a shame most visitors do not know about this place. But now, YOU do !
GO ! Highly recommended.
