Positive aspects of the product (pros): A good menu with some good choices Cons: Limited tables inside
Their menu is very good because you have the choice of hot items or cold items made fresh each time you order something.
The one negative is their lack of tables inside incase they get busy, so that means your only other option is to sit outside.

I thought the selection here was very limited. The food was okay but I would not go out of my way to eat here.

If you're tired of greasy counter service fare, the selections at Gasparilla's cold station are very appealing: chicken caesar salad, jerk chicken wrap, etc.
BUT when I was there, only one person was working the line. Because she was assembling the dishes freshly, it took her about 3 minutes to serve each customer. I arrived at the beginning of the lunch rush and "only" waited 10 minutes to be served (because there were three people in front of me). By the time I was seated, the cold station line stretched almost to the front door.
Maybe it was a fluke, maybe they were unexpectedly short-staffed that day. But if you see only one CM behind the cold counter and 3 or more people in line, don't expect quick service.
The food was fine. Gasparilla has a wider selection of desserts than other resort counter service joints, including self-serve soft ice cream/yogurt.

The food was yummy! We ate here several times during our week at GF. The fountain drinks had an extremely weird taste, but I think the machine needed serviced.
You could see the castle from the window. Awesome view!
The only negative was the noise level. With the games in the same area and the tall ceilings, it was very loud.

Okay, here is my biggest disappointment for the trip. We went to GF to try the QS over there, thinking it would be a good one. We were wrong. We get there, and we order 2 Veggie Lasanga and 2 chicken nuggets. Neither sound that wonderful, do they? So, they give us a ticket for all 4. We go around and get our soft drinks, desserts and come back. Still no entrees. They will "Call our number" - 20 minutes later, still nothing. another 10 we go to the counter - they can't find our ticket and people are getting food just standing and waiting there. Finally after half an hr, the 2 lasangas come out. Might I mention that this is a "stouffer's style" lasanga. I saw it cut from a box. So, my friend who is still waiting on ...chicken nuggets and chips . . . gets the manager, who says we will have our food in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later, no food - so this time my friend goes back up there and while she is "waiting for the manager" - the manager comes to the table and delivers the nuggets. Sometime during the next 20 minutes, my friend does track down the manager and tells her how unhappy we have been with this experience and how unsatisfactory the food is. We get credited our QS back to our card to make it right. Loud loud dining experience, below par food and below par service - - - do not go here.

Had breakfast here 12/03. There was a bit of a wait in line to get to the ordering station but honestly it was peak time and was only about 7 minutes.
Mickey Waffles!!! and bacon. Very fresh and just made, the food was going out fast and didn't have time to sit. As it was chilly, the inside seating was packed, and it is a little loud in there. We sat outside next to the lake, and was a beautiful sunny day, although the air was cool. Great relaxing breakfast.
I can see why some people in a hurry could get impatient here, though.

DH & I ate here on our honeymoon using our DDP QS credit. The southwest chicken sandwich is amazing, moist, fresh, and seasoned great, not to mention big enough to split. The dessert selection was impressive and the view from GF is awesome.
