I LOVE LOVE LOVE this resort food court/counter service area. We ate here frequently during our week's stay and we never had a bad meal. Ever! I often think about the fajitas and the desserts. I can't rave enough about the food. The servers were great too. If I wasn't staying at this resort I might consider taking a bus ride just to eat there!

We ate here once a couple years ago. We liked the food but they have an unusual system for getting and paying for your food. You sit at a table then your waiter brings just your drinks than you go to different stations depending on what you want and I believe we paid like it was counter service. Confusing!

One of my favorite food courts, with a unique layout and selection. The process can be confusing, but the choices are good. Payment is made at the exit so you do not have to pay everytime you go to a counter to get something.

There are so many choices here, and we have had good and bad meals. The prices are very reasonable. The salads are fresh. The pastries are good.

While we normally prefer to dine in the parks, this was a very pleasant surprise when we had lunch here. The way they set it up with the servers, it almost feels like a table service restaurant. The food and portion sizes were also very impressive.

Pepper Market has a great selection of ethnic foods. We loved the fajitas and fried rice. Although the food was great it is not good enough to warrant a service charge for the privelage of eating there. The dining room is not kept better than any of the other food courts and the staff is not any more friendly. I think the service charge is ludicrous and this keeps us from eating at Pepper Market more often.

This is a very fun place to eat with a ton of variety. Literally something for everyone. We had 1 day completely washed out by downpours and never left the the resort, we had no problems at all with eating at Pepper Marker all 3 meals. The menu is always changing, I had Bourbon Chicken one night for dinner and it was fantastic ! Ordering is a bit confusing (you'd have to experience it to see what I mean), and even though it's a counter, I still felt obligated to tip as there is a waitstaff assisting you. (getting drinks, cleaning up as your still seated, and fetching things, etc...) I don't know if I was supposed to or not, but I did and they gladly took it. No need to go out of your way, but if your staying at Coronado, have at least 1 meal there.

This food court has a wide variety of freshly prepared food. I must admit it did seem slightly more expensive than a usual food court (probably because it's a convention hotel). I probably would save my money and go to another food court (Port Orleans Riverside).

We tried Pepper Market 3 times during our week long stay at CSR. We were not impressed. I have never seen a more unhappy group of people in my life like I did at the Pepper Market, the employees were just miserable and rude.
We could never all eat together. The kids have to order from a complete different station all it's own. The rest of the stations are very slow. Half the time we didn't even get exactly what we ordered and were told - you get what you get. ??? One time after waiting in the pizza line for about 15 minutes (and now our kids food was getting cold) and the CM would not wait on us or anyone else, we left.
The whole set-up with the stamp thing is just very inefficient.
On the bright side - the food we did get from PM was very good.
Pepper Market is one of the main reasons we would not return to CSR.

We ate here twice during our trip in July and we weren't even staying at Coronado Springs. The first night we tried the Pepper Market, we got rained out of EMH at Animal Kingdom and decided to stop for dinner at CSR because it was close. My husband had a steak and I got some shrimp and rice dish. The food was all very fresh. My daughter had ordered the grilled chicken and was waiting for it to finish being prepared when a woman cut in front of her and started complaining about her meal. The cook asked my daughter if it was alright to allow the other woman to get the chicken that she had been waiting for. Of course my daughter-who actually has manners- said that was fine. In return the cook gave her extra helping of all the side items and even made sure she got the freshest stuff while the complainer got stuck with the scrapings from the old dish!
The food was so good my husband insisted we go back the next night.
It is a bit expensive compared to the other food courts (we were on the dining plan so that wasn't a concern), but you get table service quality food prepared freshly so it ends up being cheaper still than eating at a table service depending on what you order.

Sadly, I can't say I wasn't warned... but we were staying at Coronado Springs, and wanted breakfast.
The food was indifferent, at best. About half of my bacon was burnt crispy, the other was greasy and limp. The french toast was actually cold, how they managed that with them sitting on a warmer is beyond me. Hubby, tired of waiting, took an omlette which was made (wrong) for somebody else. (They made them a Southwest, not a ham and cheese.)
It's pretty bad when you feel you've overpaid... and dining was free.

I believe the Pepper Market is the best “counter service” meal you can get at Disney. It is also probably the most expensive “counter service” meal at Disney. I think the quality of the food rival some of the better table service meals, for a much lower cost. I often go out of my way to go to the Pepper Market.
There are some thinks I don’t like. I’m not a big fan of the 10% service charge, and the way it is set up. The biggest problem is efficiency. The concept is really like a cafeteria, but there are no well defined queues. There are various “stations”, with different offerings, that people huddle around. Needless to say, at busy times it can be a mad house. Try to avoid those times.
The quality is a 10, but the service charge and set-up bring it down a bit.

My husband and I dined here for breakfast on December 5. We were staying at CSR and had the regular dining plan. The place was very crowded, but we were seated relatively quickly. Because of the setup, things do have the potential of being very confusing. Even though the hostess and server both explained it to us, we weren't entirely sure where to order at the stations. Eventually, we found the end of the line at the omlette station, where he ordered the southwestern with a biscuit and I got the ham and cheese with the muffin. We were served two drinks each (fountain and bottled water) because of the plan entitlements. We found the hashbrowns to be chewy and bland even though we watched them serve us from a fresh pan, and I didn't like the taste or texture of the ham in the omlette. My muffin was very good, but my husband said his biscuit was cold and hard, even though it also came from a fresh pan. This meal would have cost over $32 without the dining plan. I would not recommend this restaurant based on this experience.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great food Cons: the wait
Great food! We didn't try Pepper Market for dinner until mid-way through our stay, and wished we had eaten there sooner. We then recalled that when we made our reservation we were told that unlike the other food courts, Pepper Market makes their food "to order." Burgers and pizza were excellent. My 7 year old ravished the mac N cheese 3 nights in a row. The only downfall - your food may be done at different times since it is made to order and some things take longer than others. However - it was really good food.
