Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great tropical drinks Cons: None
We love HH's for drinks in the evening. We discovered a drink called a "Sunken Treaure" there on our last visit...awesome. If you are sitting at one of the tables at 9:00 PM you can hear and see some of the high fireworks from EPCOT while at HH's. A can't speak to the foods quality, we never ate anything there.

My family and I went to Hurricane Hanna's for lunch in late February after being unable to get into Beaches and Cream... In retrospect, we probably should've waited in line.
Our kids ordered the hot dog and kids' burger (both OK), while my wife, who didn't find anything appealing on the regular menu, had the kids' grilled cheese. The grilled cheese sandwich was soggy and kinda sad-looking... she ate half of it before giving up in disgust.
My selection, the grilled chicken salad, turned out to be the worst of the bunch: a bland arrangement of lettuce topped with sliced chicken breast that clearly wasn't made to order. How do I know this? Because the chicken slices WERE FROZEN in the center, likely the result of being stored too deeply in the back of a cold refrigerator for who knows how many days.
The staff tried to be helpful, and I give them credit for allowing me to make a last-minute change to my order after it went in... but that's about the only reason why Hurricane Hanna's doesn't get the lowest possible score from me.
Also, beware of aggressive birds... they seem to hover right around the tables near the restaurant, ready to pounce if you leave your food unguarded.
Hurricane Hanna's exemplifies one of the only Achilles heels of the Beach Club/Yacht Club resort area: poor and limited service dining options.
