Positive aspects of the product (pros): extensive menu, DVC discount 20%, no waiting Cons:
We like to get take out pizza. Better than Spoodles take out window (not as greasy) and much cheaper.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): open 24/7, friendly staff Cons: only white bagels - no multi-grain, etc.
Wonderful to be able to grab a quick bite at any time of day. No lines and helpful staff. Cheery decor despite it being in the bowels of the hotel.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): 24hr service. Fast. Many choices. Close to Dis bus stop. Cons: Limited view.
We usually stay at the Swan/Dolphin and always visit Picabu's. Anytime (24/7) you're hungry you can swing down and grab something very quick. They offer full hot & cold breakfast/lunch/dinner. You can also grab coffee or a multitude of other beverages.
They also carry snacks, candy and over the counter medicine/first aid.
There is a game room just next store to keep the kids occupied.
The waterless aquarium is a neat feature of the queue.
Great way to start the day and quickly get to the parks!

We loved Picabu's. The ambience is bright and cheery; the staff is nice and attentive, and most of all the food is very fresh and good. On our first day we decided to grab something fast and eat it on the chaises on the nearby beach. I was expecting mediocre fries and so-so sandwiches from a counter service place, instead as to my big surprise the french fries were fabulous, hot, crispy outside, soft inside, and just made; we had two tuna salad wraps and those too were superb, great taste and fresh. Of course, after that great experience we decided to also have breakfast there in the morning. The other great thing is that it's open 24/h so we could just grab milk for our daughter anytime at evening or night, or a quick snack or dessert after returning from the parks. I tried the quick service restaurant in the "official" Disney Resorts, and it doesn't even compare; here at the Dolphin' Picabu the food is actually good, real food.
Very highly reccommended.
