This is a great fireworks display. The music along with the fireworks makes this the best Firework display yet. Everytime I hear Jiminy say "it all starts with a wish", I get cold chills and a little misty eyed. This is a not to be missed attraction.

I really enjoy Wishes. The fireworks display is very impressive, plus the narration by Jiminy Cricket adds a wonderful Disney touch. While best viewed from Main Street, Wishes is also lovely when watched from the beach at the Polynesian.

Everytime I see this Firework Spectacular I get a little choked up. I find myself watching it and feel fortunate that I am sharing such a fanastic,touching and memorable experience with those I love.
For 10 minutes you completely forget your worries and believe in wishes. Disney Magic at its best.
I know many people like to find areas to watch wishes outside of the park but to me nothing compares to being in the magic kingdom to see this spectacular in the sky. I would make it a point to see it in the park at least once on your trip.

We stayed for this for the first time last summer and I am so glad that we did. From Tinkerbell flying down from the castle to start it off to the music timed perfectly to each firework. It was such a beautiful show. The crowds were intense, especially exiting the park but it was worth it!

(I'll say more) The best fireworks display I've ever seen. From the point Tinker Bell flies from the castle to the finale, I'm mesmorized by every flash. If you can do it watch from front of Cinderelas castle for the best view. In Fantasyland by the carousel, it feels like the fireworks are right on top of you, not for small kids or people that doesn't like loud noises. The negative is finding a spot that doesn't have an obstructed view. The view from the bridge to Tomorrowland has a lot of bad viewing spots.

Wishes is a great fireworks show with a great progression of an actual story. I also love to watch fireworks with the castle in view. There is nothing like it in the world. The only problem I have is that they do insert a little too much of the dreams-come-true cheese-fest. I mean, I think it is a good message to convey, but I get the gist that Disney uses the same message to underlie all of it's Magic Kingdom shows. The message is a tad stale. The song is great though, I just wish there were more original music.

This is such a great end of any day in the Magic Kingdom. I love to watch it from Main Street. The Wishes Cruise also was a beautiful perspective. The rocking boat with the Wishes music provided another great place to watch the show. With little one, try to see Tink fly overhead.

I can not speak to the fireworks themselves as we sat infront of the castle and could not see any of the actual explosions. However, the music was wonderful and moving. There is an emphasis on what makes Disney so great - the tie to the past of the company. It is what makes Fantasyland so great. Relying heavily on the power of wishing. And the flight of the fairy at the beginning never fails to give me butterflies. It is definately a priority of mine to actually SEE it on our next trip.

Not my favorite nighttime show (Illuminations is), but no trip to WDW is complete without experiencing the ultimate classic scene: fireworks over Cinderella's castle!
Now, I'm all for sappy and emotional music ... and wishes certainly has it. but if you're not into Pixie dust, then it might be a little much.

The fireworks are amazing. They are so beautiful, and they are behind the castle. Its breath-taking. The song at the beginning is a little annoying, and gets stuck in your head, so thats the worst part of the hole thing. Other than the song its really cool.

What can I say? This show has always made me cry. Jiminy is a nice touch to help bring back the old days of Walt, and the fireworks are truly unique and beautiful. If you can stand the crowds, it's nice to be near the hub so you can see the lighting used on the castle during the show. Also, the show is 180 degrees of fireworks, so viewing from Frontierland may lose some of the effects. We've watched from the California Grill, too, and it is nice there as well.

As far as fireworks shows, this one's the best. If you have a chance to watch it from the California Grill, do it. From on top of the Contemporary, you get a great view.

I know the crowds of people are huge, but once the show started they all melted away. Fireworks turn into magic with the story, music and narration. This was the first time I ever saw it and I was moved to tears. YES, I believe in magic, and that wishes can come true!
