Positive aspects of the product (pros): Orange slush Cons:
It's a nice alternative to Aloha Isle... It's Orange products.. and the iced slush is good on a hot day - I hear it's a snack credit too...

Positive aspects of the product (pros): I hear it has tasty items... Cons: Took my money, couldn't give me my order, couldn't give me a refund.
OK, this is more a review of my experience at Sunshine Tree Terrance than the food items. I visited on Saturday, January 26th at approximately 3:30pm. After waiting in line I ordered four Citrus Swirls for myself and three friends, anxious to try this treat. I paid with a Disney Rewards card. After I paid, the cast member serving me indicated they had just run out of vanilla ice cream (a necessary ingredient) but they would be refilling it right away. A couple minutes later he came back and indicated it would be at least another ten minutes. By this time, it was about 3:50, we had fastpasses for 4:10pm, and we planned to leave the park for the airport (last day of vacation) at 4:30pm. I indicated that we did not want to wait and requested a refund (which he offered). Unfortunately, he did not know how to process a refund. He spent the next ten minutes attempting to get another cast member to help him and finally returned to say, he had been working there two days, he was training but they had no trainer on staff that day, that the senior cast member there told him just to write void on my order slip (which he did not produce), and that someone would void the order by the end of the day. He said she should know, because she had worked there a whole three months. When I didn't seem happy about that resolution, he said something to the effect of, "Do you want me to call a manager from another location or something?" I elected to visit City Hall instead, and they issued me a gift card for the refund. The Guest Relations staff member there indicated I *might* also get a void refund from STT, so it was not clear whether that would ever have happened. Never got to use our fastpasses. Had to settle for a grab and go drink leaving the park rather than a relaxing snack, and pretty much lost our last hour of vacation. Not a great experience. The cast member was new (and we all have to be new sometime), but he was left completely without resources to handle this. He was not wearing an "Earning My Ears" ribbon on his name tag. Sadly, I think this was the biggest service failure I've ever experienced at Disney; I suppose I should count myself lucky for that! I just expect better.
