Positive aspects of the product (pros): View of It's a Small World Cons: a bit dirty
This place seems to get a lot of traffic because of it's location. This probably makes it more difficult to clean the tables in time before someone else grabs it. We noticed the tables, floors and benches were sticky.
But if you're lucky enough to get a table where you can see the boats in the Small World ride, your kids will get a kick out of it!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great old-school Disney artwork, view of Small World. Cons: The Figaro Fries have changed
This is a real throwback to old fashioned Disney Imagineering. The restaurant could be brightened up a bit but the food was good and had some different options. The theming and artwork around the restaurant is really classic and the view of the Small World boarding area is something different to look at. A great option for a rainy day and one of Fantasyland's hidden treasures.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Good location, fun seating near window Cons: Screwed up the Figaro Fries!!
One of my favorite meals at MK used to be an individual cheese pizza and Figaro fries at Pinocchio Village Haus! Well they've gone and screwed that up!! What the heck happened to the Figaro Fries?? Thankfully, I can make them at home, or I'd be seriously ticked off!
Pinocchio's is a decent place to have lunch, but it's not really noteworthy now, except for the neat window seating overlooking "it's a small world".

There is nothing that stands out here. Typical Burgers, Nuggets, pizza. And it's dark and crowded. I really prefer not to eat here - unless I see one of the tables overlooking Small World is available. That's pretty neat to sit there.

Food is good here but very dark atmosphere. Make sure to get a table next to window and watch Small World ride. Also, be careful with your little ones, as the many rooms all look alike and its easy to get lost.

I love this location. I love watching all of the boats leaving for Small World. I also love how this place is centrally located in Fantasy Land. However, I do not like the new pizzas Disney has started serving a few years ago. I liked the ones they had before. I have noticed that every pizza location has them, and that is a little annoying. That being said, the pizzas aren't bad. They are just not as good as they used to be. This is still a good place to go if you want something other than regular counter service.

We love this place! It's a place we eat at during each trip to the World. If you're lucky you can get a seat next to the window overlooking It's a Small World. Best chance of getting a table is to get there when it first opens. There are the basic food items here but also offers some different choices than just burgers and chicken nuggets.

The food here is pretty good, we love going upstairs and watching the Small World ride as we eat our food, that is a big bonus for us.

We ventured here because we thought there would be different options for food aside from chicken nuggets and pizza. When we arrived our options were chicken nuggets and pizza. It was getting late and we were hungry so we just went ahead and got chicken nuggets. They were just like the chicken nuggets and fried everywhere else. We enjoyed it, but probably will not go back.

I make it a point to stop here every time. Its a great place to eat either inside or outside. The food is your average counter service food but just something keeps me coming back.

We tried this restaurant, and we really enjoyed it. The pizza was not greasy. The sandwich was delicious, and the salad was great too. It was spotless inside, and the castmembers were very helpful. We got a seat overlooking It's a Small World, and our two young boys loved every second of it. They waved at every boat and ate every bite of their lunches. We will be back!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Fast Cons: Typical Disney choices (except for the meatball sub)
We wanted to eat lunch at El Pirata in Adventureland, but it started to rain so we ran in here. Husband had a meatball sandwich which was actually pretty good. I had an individual pepperoni pizza which was the same pizza around Disney and my son had the macaroni and cheese kid's meal which he said was just okay (but he is 11 and picky). The air conditioning was great, and we were kept dry...but I really wish we had been able to eat at El Pirata instead!

There are just the basics here for food nothing to major. The food was good but wouldn't wait again forever in the super long line, it seems this is a place with a lot of small children and fills up really quick with them. The place is a hot mess during the lunch rush, next time go to Peco's Bill and get a good burger and fix it up at the condiments bar there., The one nice thing is if you sit in the one room you can overlook the loading area for it's a small world.

This place is packed full of seating and gets a lot of kids from fantasyland. We went 1/2011 and I got the chicken parm. The chicken was ok, but the orzo pasta was not edible. It was dry and had no flavor. My Son had a cheese pizza and there was more crust than cheese. THe only nice thing was being able to watch the Small World boats go by.

We ate here twice during our stay and both times we enjoyed the food. My all enjoyed the pizza and chicken breast stips. You get alot of food for what you pay for, but since we were on the dining plan, it didn't matter for us.

We were on the disney dining plan so price isn't a factor. We were a group of nine and I think amongst all of us, we had one of everything. For a quick service meal, the food was well cooked and the portions were huge. They had a lot of choices off of the condiment bar. The gelato is highly recommended. The only downside was finding seating. On a ninety plus degree day, it was nice to get inside some air conditioning and sit down for awhile. We would go again.

DVC member, visted in August 2010. This restaurant is the absolute worst in all of WDW.
It should be closed and re-thought. If they gave me a free meal, I wouldn't eat it. Avoid it like the plague.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great food, big portions Cons: Cramped seating inside and out
I got chicken parm and my 18/16 year old sons got pizzas and meatball subs (they're athletes and BIG eaters). We all loved our food and were pleasantly full. A lot of food for the money. We were lucky enough to get a table indoors that has a nice view of the "It's a Small Word" ride next door, as we always eat during off hours which was nice. BUT if you come during during other times, it's crowded and elbow to elbow at all seating areas. Personal space doesn't exisit!!! Overall, a great dining experience that I would recommend if you plan right.

I had the meatball sub and the chocolate gelato DH had a pizza and it was burnt so he was quite unhappy besides the 15 min wait in line for our food when everyone behind us got their food instantly..

The pizza was good but for $8 all I got was the pizza. My husband got the meatball sub and although it looked good he said it was average. The seating here is much better than Columbia harbour house. We had no problems finding a table and cast members were there to help.

LOVE this place! So many beautiful murals and you can't beat It's A Small World window viewing while you eat 
I had the Caprese Flatbread and it was DELICIOUS! And, surprisingly filling. Waited just a bit (3-5min) for food but worth it.
If you don't want the crowds (like other reviews had issues with), go before or after the big mealtime rushes We did and it was great!
