Positive aspects of the product (pros): Fresh and well-prepared Cons:
This counter service was a surprise to us, as the menu, while small, is varied and offers a nice selection. I would not be tempted by the Sushi Roll, but the Teriyaki Chicken was very good, and the Combination plate was plenty big for two average appetites. A nice alternative to Chicken Strip/Hamburger counter meals

A must for anyone craving Japanese food but doesn't want to use up a large portion of time at one of the sit down restaurants above the Mitsukoshi store. It does have a somewhat limited selection, but it offers chicken, sushi, miso soup, etc.

This place has pretty good food. There are not many places to sit. The food is good for a sanck if you are getting something from every county, but not as a full meal.

When you are looking for something different than typical theme park fast food, this is a good choice. Service can be slow and seating is limited.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): The patio seating area and location of the restaurant. Quick Service. Cons: Desserts were something left to be desired.
This is a unique hidden gem. The setting, set back under some trees gives you a shaded, quiet setting to enjoy your meal. The food was served quickly. We ordered the Tonosoma combination plate, the terriyaki chicken, and the Shogun Combination. There were six of us eating on the dining plan. Everyone enjoyed their meals which were quite large portions. The Tonosoma combination comes with a little bit of everything they serve. The tempura shrimp and vegetables were crispy and lightly battered and quite delicious. The Shogun Combination was the same as the Tonosoma Combination with the exception of the tempura. All I can say is that plates were empty after this dinner. The only let down was the choice for desserts, which is one - ginger cake. The cake was moist, and had a little icing, but it just left something to be desired. This was really disappointing since the rest of the meal was so good.
The other great thing about this restaurant is that there is a restroom right next to it that not many people know about.
Overall this was one of the best counter service meals we had while on our trip.

We stopped in here on our Sept 09 trip for the first time, and I enjoyed it. It felt very Japanese inside. The food was very good, but I wanted more (but then I was really hungry). I had the Shogun Combination. It took awhile to find seating inside, during the lunch rush.

The only thing I have to complain about is how crowded it gets during the dinner hours. Otherwise, everything about this counter service is great: appearance, cleanliness, service, and quality of the food. If you would like to try something very unique, go for the Curry Udon Noodles.

I had lunch here with a friend on 5/8/2010. The park was moderately crowded and the day was miserably hot, and we wanted something light, cool, and refreshing. We shared a sushi plate and each had a ginger salad and a soda. The food was fresh and tasty, and while the seating was sparse inside and out, we found a nice shaded spot to enjoy our lunch it. The prices are a tad high for the amount of food, but in all I would be happy to return.

I got the beef/shrimp/chicken combo with steamed rice and it was very good, filling, and a good price. Lots of good seating without feeling too close to others. The outdoor seating area was in a beautiful garden, away from the crowds. This will be a new place on my favorites list.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): steamed rice Cons: bland beef, ran out of sushi
We had lunch here because we were dying for some steamed rice. the chicken was good. but the beef was not even grilled so it was sooo bland.
Udon noodles were ok. but, they ran out of sushi so we missed out this.
I dont think I would go back again. I would try some of the other Showcase places.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Quick service! Good food. Cons: Salmon wasn't that great
We were hungry and and I wanted to try something different, but I wanted it to be quick. This was a good option. I had the combination plate and while it was pretty good, I'd probably skip the fish if I did it again. My Mom had a noodle bowl with the shrimp and she said it was very good. I might be tempted to try that next time.
