Positive aspects of the product (pros): Excellent service! Cons: kind of a pain when it is raining!
We purchased two glass beer steins for family back home. The German students working there were very easy to work with and communicate and they smiled and had a fun time with us in placing our order. They helped us select the right choices, got the names written down and set up shipping to our home.
