Positive aspects of the product (pros): great selection Cons: easy to lose the members of your party
Very nice shop with a huge selection of nearly everything. Personally, I prefer it to the chaos of World of Disney in DTD. It is very centrally located, but tends to get only really busy in the evenings.

We stopped in here before heading to World Showcase on 10/8. I found a Dooney & Bourke wristlet that I wanted; unfortunately it was on the top hook all the way in the back, and I needed to ask for assistance to get it down. An older gentleman CM got it for me, and I took it over to my mom; we were intending to do some more shopping and then check out at the end. However, this CM followed me for a little bit as if I was going to steal the item, and then actually said he would take it to put behind the counter until I was ready to purchase it. I thought that was unnecessary, but this is still one of the best places to shop!

This is a large store. That's good and bad. Good - you'll find most of the usual Disney stuff here, nothing original but it does have most all of the knickknacks you'll find at other stores. Pretty decent selection of clothes hear too. This doesn't seem as busy as the large World of Disney store in Downtown Disney, until later at night when it gets much busier.
The bad part of it's size is that is has multiple doors and if you are splitting your group up and meeting again, you really need to pay attention to what doors you're using.
Had really excellent customer service on our last visit here.

I love Mousegears. I like it better than World of Disney at DTD or the Emporium at MK because it's much quieter and enjoyable to shop at. They have a large selection so if you want to do a big shopping trip you can find most everything there. Yes, it is standard stuff you can find everywhere but if I'm only there once a year that's what I'm looking for. I might want a vinylmation, a mouse pad for my desk, and a t-shirt, and I can find it all here in one place.
