Grab a fastpass for Soarin' and then head into the Sunshine Seasons food court for lunch or dinner! Their various food windows offer some the freshest, yummiest choices around for counter service. My husband loves the asian noodle bowls and I always go for one the creative sandwiches. They also offer some breakfast items, but it's the lunch and dinner offerings that are extra special!

If you can't find something for everybody, you haven't looked. This is the ultimate in food-court type CS.
Its sometimes hard to find seating because people often use the tables while waiting for a Fast Pass time.

During my last vist, Feb 09, I ate dinner at Sunshine Season. After pondering over the many choices I decided to get the chicken caesar salad, strawberry shortcake and a bottle of water (QSDP). The salad went down very well and the strawberry shortcake was delicious. I finished my meal and headed by to my resort for the evening. A few hours later I awoke to...well lets just say I am glad I made it to the bathroom. For the next 24 hours of my vacation I was confined to my room with food poisoning. Now I am not saying that I will never go back to this restaurant but it will take me a while before I can "stomach" it again!

An excellent choice for Epcot. We always get our fast pass for Soarin and then eat here. They have grab and go choices as well soups salads and hot meals.

Sunshine Seasons is our favorite counter service in all of the World. Everything is fresh and tasty! Our favorites are the turkey and muenster sandwich and the peanut butter chocolate cake. Speaking of dessert, Sunshine Seasons has a wonderfully large fresh bakery counter for your dining pleasure!

What a great counter service option! Many different food options, and all were relatively healthy but still really tasty. Would definitely eat here again when at Epcot!

I've visted Sunshine Seasons on a few occasions and was impressed each time. It's really nice to have a place to go where you can get food that's not fried. The sandwiches are good and I really enjoyed their half chicken meal as well. You can't go wrong at the bakery counter. The key lime pie was quite yummy.

I love Sunshine Seasons. It's like being given freedom from the burger & fry joints that populate the theme parks. One lifesaver for me is the children's lunch kits and the fruit choices. My daughter and I are big fans of fruit and I love that I can get her a healthy, but tasty meal at Sunshine Seasons. I really hate the "kids meals" that are served in the table service restaurants at WDW. Here, we can get fruit cups, yogurt, and a PB&J.
I'm far less picky than my 8 year old and the choices here are so refreshing! They should have someplace like this in each theme park!

Probably the best food court in WDW. The food quality was pretty good, but it was the variety of choices that were offered that was the most impressive. I got a decent salmon filet from the grill while my friend got a salad with seared tuna. There was definitely something for everyone, and unlike at some other food courts, you could different things from different stations but pay for it at all the same place. I would imagine this would be really helpful to families, allowing them to split up to get what they wanted and then pay all at once.
The only drawback (aside from being a little pricey) was the seating situation. While there are a lot of tables here, for a food court of this size, there really needs to be more. It was nearly impossible to find a table here at lunchtime. After we got our food, every table was taken and the aisles were backed with people looking for a place to eat.

I think that this is the best counter service location in all of WDW. Great options including some great snacks. Last time I was there I had a lentil salad that I really liked (and a beer). It was a great late afternoon snack since we had a very late dinner scheduled that night. I also like the sandwiches they have.

As previously mentioned, this food court has tremendous variety and it is hard not to find something for everyone. The sandwiches are freshly made, and the salads are well done and do not taste packaged. We love the Noodle Bowl as well. Do not try and ask for special requests, though - it can discombobulate the whole process

My absolute favorite counter service at WDW. It offers a large food court type selection of healthy AND delicious menu items. The only problem is that it is slightly higher priced than the other quick service, but you do get what you pay for...

This is probably the ultimate in Disney Counter service options. In one area you are privy to a multitude of dining options that step outside the box in terms of normal counter service faire.

Pretty much any kind of food choice available. Healthy, greasy, fatty, quick take a pick. Save room for desert, what a selection!, better yet start with desert then have a salad. Since the restaurant is next to Sorin it can be very noisy at the tables.

Sunshine Seasons is a tradition of ours to eat here when we are at Epcot. We like that there are lots of choices and the choices are quite different from your standard theme park food.
Depending on the time you are there the seating (which is alot) can be crowded.
My biggest con of the place is because there are so many choices at different bays that it is a bit confusing when you are on the DDP, so you have to go to different bays to get your entree and the desert and then to meet up with the rest of your party to check out.

There is somethig for everyone at this restaurant. We had dinner there April 2009 and everyone loved their food. My daughter had a pork chop dinner that was just fabulous comfort food, while I had an asian salad and my husband went for a foccacia sandwich. It was dinner time and not crowded. I would hate to try to negotiate all of the food windows/cases in a crowd. It would be hard to see all of the choices available. We also picked up some pastries for breakfast the next day. Those were yummy too! Everything is fresh and tasty. Check it out!

My traveling partner has a limited tastes in food, so much of the food in World Showcase was not acceptable. Here, we found enough to please that it was the first place we ate after getting off the plane and the last place we ate before heading back to the airport.
We enjoyed the stir fry from the Aisan section

This is by far one of the best CS places to eat. I have had both breakfast and lunch there and you know everything's fresh because you can see them making the food. They have great breakfast sandwiches on croissants and for lunch usually have things like beef stir fry and 1/2 chicken meals. One of my favorite things here is the wide selection of desserts and beverages. I highly recommend eating here. There is also lots of seating and is a good place for people watching as well.

This is a great place to get something fast but different. We ate here for the first time and were very pleased. There were many choices. The pork chops were tender and juicy. The portions were very large. We will be coming back to eat here.

We don't eat anywhere else in FW. There are choices to suit everyone, the prices are fine, and you can eat a heavy or light meal. It is a bit difficult if everyone in your party doesn't want the same thing because it is a food court. You have to pay at each ordering station separately. So soup and salad is paid for separately from cookies and ice cream or sandwiches.

We eat here every time we visit Epcot. The selections are great. The sandwiches are top notch and are a relative bargain for the portions. It is very crowded, but we always seem to find a seat. There is only 1 elevator for this building so there is usually a line.

I stopped at the food court and had sort of mixed reviews. Everything that looked good I didn't order. I thought I'd try the stirfry. Disappointing and almost lachoy-standard. My friend, though, had some seared tuna on a salad that was quite delicious. So . . mixed reviews.

This seemed like a cut above counter service. The salmon was among the best meals we had on our last trip.
While the crowd was heavy, it was well worth it. The kids' meals were also in abundant variety.
We were very happy with this choice and will make it on our next trip.

This is the creme de la creme of counter service restaurants. This is not your standard burgers and fries place. There are soups, sandwiches, asian selections, rotisserie chicken, a dessert section, salads, and much, much more. We always eat here for lunch when we're in EPCOT.
The only downside to this location is how crowded it gets, especially because of how close to the Soarin' attraction it is.
