We have had good experiences at Naples. First of all, it is a great location for people-watching in Downtown Disney, especially if you sit outside. We have never had trouble getting a table, as there is usually plenty of seating available. The service has always been great - the servers were attentive and refilled our drinks often. As for the food, the pizzas are very generously-sized. Even the smallest-sized pizza is big enough for 2 or 3 people, depending on how big of an appetite your group has, so I feel it is a good value for the money. The only 'issue' I have with the pizza - if there were to be one - is that it is unpredictable. During one meal my pizza was underbaked and the cheese barely melted - but the flavor was good. At another meal, my pizza was overbaked - but still very flavorful! If you are used to franchise pizza delivered to your home, Naples is not that. It has a different taste and quality to it, and most people seem to other love it or hate it. I personally enjoyed it. The crust was brushed with a little too much olive oil for my taste, but the toppings were good. My friend got something like chicken piccata one time and a meatball sandwich the next. She said the meatball sandwich was good, but different from other sandwiches she had had. And she was pleased with her chicken dish. Overall, it is a quiet place to eat on a sunny afternoon, watching the crowds go by in Downtown Disney, and sip wine while having a nice meal.

We tried Naples on our last trip in early December and loved it. We ended up going there 3 times during our 2 weeks. We had pizza each time and a great desert once. The pizza is not what I usually have - it is a thinner crust and the toppings are not piled on thick but the pizzas are large and very good. They cook them quickly in a wood fired oven. For quality pizza that is a bit different, I recommend this place.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): balloon artist dude, nice atmosphere Cons: Long wait, very noisy, overpriced
We went here for my daughter's birthday in December. The wait for a table was around 45 minutes on a Tuesday night. Dinner was two adults and two kids, no alcohol, but yes on desserts. The food was only mediocre, and the service was not rude but definitely inattentive.

Good, thin crust pizza. Excellent fried calamari! Easy carry out to GC hotel. Good wine selection while waiting. Good for kids and adults. We'll go back!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Beautiful restaurant, wonderful pizza, kid-friendly and adult only friendly as well Cons: There are relatively few meat/ fish entrees for those not wanting pizza and pasta
This restaurant has something for everyone! For kids, there's an excellently themed downstairs area that is whimsical and features a clear view of the gigantic stone oven used to bake the pizzas. The theming is reminiscent of a carnival. There's also a great outside patio on the lower level and a romantic second-story patio overlooking Downtown Disney- where live music is always audible. There is a great selection of pizzas here- spanning the range from your basic cheese and pepperoni to seasonal specials like Pear and Gorgonzola. Price per person ~$20.
