I love the Rainforest Cafe! But it is a very busy, very popular place to eat. Without a Priority Seating arrangement, you could be waiting an hour or more to get a table, and then when you are seated, it may not be next to anything exciting! A tip would be that if you want to go and enjoy the restaurant and its surroundings and really soak up the atmosphere without all the other people, go in the morning for breakfast. While the breakfast offerings are not as extensive as the lunch and dinner menus, there are very few people eating at that time (I think many people don't know Rainforest Cafe is open in the morning), so it is well worth it to dine at an early hour if you have a hankering to sit next to a fun aquarium or a fesity gorilla! On one occasion for dinner, the wait to be seated was so long, and when our name was finally called we were marched up a few flights of stairs to get to the very top level and seated at a table that could not have been further away from the action, not to mention that it was positioned right next to a very hot heat lamp. On another occasion for lunch, we managed to sit by the gorilla on an upper floor. And on the latest meal, for breakfast, I requested to sit right next to the aquarium of our choice on the ground floor and my wish was granted. We were able to fully enjoy the occasioanl 'thunderstorms' this way. I recommend the Rainforest Ricky drink - a delicious mixture of several different fruit juices that comes with a free souvenir hurricane glass. It is a drink that looks as if it should have alcohol in it but doesn't. However, if frothy, fruity, tropical adult drinks are your thing, Rainforest Cafe is the place to get them. My go-to lunch or dinner would be the Chicken Fried Chicken, served with thick white gravy and mashed potatoes. The chicken is a little too hard and crunchy for my taste, but it is still a hearty, satisfying meal. My friends have ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, the Tuscan chicken and all kinds of things, and I have never heard a complaint. There are tons of things from which to choose on the menu so everyone should be content. I think for the variety of things you can order and the overall environment, it is a great place to eat for any meal (especially lunch and dinner) - just be prepared to wait to be seated without a PS. Or go at breakfast and have no wait but fewer options of what to eat.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): The decor Cons: Hit & Miss on the food quality
This was our 3rd trip to this restaurant & each time we've come it's gotten worse. The service was really good this trip but the food just didn't cut it. My husband got the chicken & ribs & neither were edible....very dry. Out of the 6 adults....I believe 5 were disappointed in their meal. This is not a cheap place to eat, we expect better quality for that kind of money. Next trip we'll take a break from here.

This was our second time at this restaurant. The first trip, it was one hour between the time we received our drinks and the time our appetizers arrived. We walked out. Not even one apology. Reluctantly, we went back, service was much more prompt this time. They gave us almost enough time to finish our meal. The waiter was trying to clear the table while we were still working on our dinner. That was in-between getting into fights with the manager of the restaurant, which left him with the attitude of a mad cabbie. Again no apology from either the waiter or the manager. The quality of the food was adequate, just barely so and over-priced. We were cattle....We will not be back

My daughter loves this place so I take her there every now an then, but my wife and I really don't like it. The food is not that good at all and the service is also below average.

We have eaten at the Rainforest Cafe in Las Vegas many times and have always enjoyed it. So despite peoples warnings we decided to to try this one. The food was not good at all. Very poor quality. I got the Rasta Pasta for 18$ and I would have had a better pasta if it came from a package in the grocery store. It was totally not worth the price.

My 60+ year old mother had never been to a Rainforest Cafe, so we chose to eat there during our recent trip to Disneyland. She loved it. The rest of our party included adult me, and 18 & 16 year old sons. There were many choices on the menu; something appealed to us all. The prices are high-ish, but anything on Disney property is not cheap, so I know that going in.
We ordered two Asian Chicken Salads, one Ribs & Chicken Combo, one Steak & Chicken Combo, and one slice of cheesecake. All 4 of us also ordered pop.
We had a terrific waitress who went above & beyond my expectations. The best part was that my mom really enjoyed the meal and had a good time watching the animatronic animals and kids in the restaurant watching them too.
