Positive aspects of the product (pros): plenty of indoor seating Cons: mostly basic food
This location offers the usual burgers, chicken, and fries, but it is also one of the few places that offers fish. There is no topping bar. The theme of the restaurant is probably a major draw. It's great for fans of ABC shows, and helps the Studios feel more like a real working studio.

In my opinion there isn't much to shout about at the Studios resturant wise (as I haven't tried the Brown Derby yet). ABC is great place to find a table as there seems to be lots of tables.
The menu is mostly the standard, but there are a few different items, but nothing really stands out of being spectacular.

I had heard so many dismal reports about the counter service restaurants at DHS that I was expecting the worst. We ate lunch here April 2009 and the food wasn't bad. My daughter really enjoyed her fish and chips. My husband and I split an Asian chicken salad that was tasty and fresh. The portions are large. The two meals amply fed the three of us and we are good eaters. Not a great variety of food choices. The dining room could be in any hotel or airport. The many tv screens play constant ABC promos. So there is not much atmosphere. However, there was plenty of seating and the table space was ample. Also a very nice, clean bathroom that doesn't seem to get much traffic. service at the counter was slow considering that it wasn't that crowded. No reason that you would ever look forward to eating here, but no bad memories either.

This is a place that we usually go to when at DHS. However, the last time we went in 9/08 we both got burgers and they were not very good. Dry and seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for some time. I'm not sure if the food had actually changed or if it was an off day. I would certainly go back but would probably try something else off their menu as they do offer food that other counter service places don't. There is ample seating with bathrooms right in the restaurant. Plus there is usually some neat memorabilia from current shows on ABC.

The burgers were obviously the pre-cooked/frozen patties (or just badly cooked) so they were so-so. The best part of the place was having some place cool to sit and have a cold drink and grapes on a very hot day. I have heard, however, that I simply ordered the wrong thing. But how good can a place be if they can't cook a burger?

We really didn't like our sandwiches here. The service was slow, the TVs show commercials. For such a big dining area, it seemed too dirty throughout on a not-busy day. The food wasn't hot or fresh.

The breakfast here is terrible!!! The CM was extremely rude and the bagel thing was hard. Even the cinnamon roll was hard!

Overall I have never liked this restaurant very much. The food is of mediocre quality and the decor is nothing special. Having the televisions blaring through your meal can be very annoying.
This restaurant is in a very convenient location. Hopefully someday they'll upgrade the food that is served here.

Who ever is the manager of this place, they should be fired! The poor kids on the front line had NO idea what was going on. Too many order had been taken with no food coming out. Asked several times for a manager, but was ignored. Tickets were way off and orders moved no where. Finally customers started ordering the cast members to get this and that to complete the orders. Dining room was filthy, trash over flowing.. just nasty. Truly a black eye for the park!

this place was so bad if we were not on the dining plan i would have asked for my money back. I was glad to see some different choices from standard fast food fair but upon trying them I wish this place did only burgers and fries. Such a shame too a this huge eatery can hold tons of guests, it should reconsider its menus.

My family and I have dined here before and overall I have no major issues....so I can't score it too low and wouldn't not recommend eating here or ultizing the place as a break area to escape the heat (at the right times though)due to our last time here, but:
my complaint is probably on the side of not happening to many guests but this was very BAD!
ABC Comm is one of the few park CS places you can order soy milk and I needed it for my DD.
ordering was easy, but actually getting the little juice box style thing of milk was a huge pain. I waited over 20 minutes and asking CM's several times over and informing them of what I was waiting for.
I'm not sure if they didn't know what I needed or where it was but that was the worst experience I've had in a CS ever.
I hope the next time I need soy milk it will be an easier thing to get.

This place was adequate for an ordinary lunch. Kids and hubby had the cheeseburgers- no complaints. I had the chicken cordon blue sandwhich and couldn't finish it because the piece of chicken was so huge. Strawberry parfait for dessert was so-so. Cleanliness was not an issue during our visit.

We did breakfast here and nothing stood at as spectacular. Food was average and the decor is pretty cool. Nothing really stood out as really good or bad. Ho-hum.

food was pretty average, but you get what you pay for..... it was burgers and stuff and that's what we got. Like the last review, I do not know why the reviews are not that good. Found the seating and being out of the sun great... location of ABC very central.
Found the restaurant clean and staff knew the dining plan pretty well and were friendly.
I rank this restaurant as a solid choice, not awesome but solid and higher then some of the other reviews for a counter service restaurant.

blech! this food was grossssssss! this was my last attempt at even trying a counter service because i had eaten at columbia h house at MK a few years back and gotten food poisoning and then again at cosmic rays and got sick AGAIN! thankfully i didnt get sick from this restaurant but the food was awful. the burgers were horrible tasted like cardboard and WAY too expensive. i just ate a few fries and my bottled water and that was it...

Nice place to take a break. The wife and I had chicken sandwiches. Nothing to brag about, nor was there anything to complain about. Very large serving of both the sandwich and fries. Would I eat here again? Sure, it's a nice break away from the teenage kids and the crowds. Just don't expect anything great...after all it's just a counter service at the park, they are all pretty bland overall.

Same as all the other quick services in Disney. DD had a child's turkey sandwich meal - she liked it. I split a salad with my DH it was an Asian salad - not very tasty. My DH order the curry which he said was spicy but not too spicy and that was good as well. We also tried the cheeseburger with shrimp on top. It was ok - like the other cheeseburgers you get on property. Nothing too exciting or special, at least that we tried.

The food here isn't anything special but if you're looking for a place to cool off this is a good choice. It's large enough so you don't feel crowded and rushed to get out. I'd go back if we were starving and didn't want to wait for anything else.

We always enjoy the Asian salad here and when were were there in January, my partner had the new Quinoa Salad. She liked it. My daughter had the standard burger. We were happy with our choices.
We enjoyed looking at the memorabilia scattered around the place, including some costumes from the ABC show, One Upon a Time. We love Regina and they had one her outfits on display.

I thought this place was pretty standard for counter service, with the added benefit of a nice sitting area. I had the chicken sandwich, which was much better than I expected it to be. All in all, not great, not disapointing. it did the job for lunch.

Only the kids ate here and it was the exact thing they offered everywhere else. At this point in the trip the kids were very bored with the same choices over and over but having said that the food was prepared ok. Fries were not very good, but they are often hit and miss.
If you need a cool place to go it is big and easy to find a seat.

nice break from the wild crowds waiting to get into Toy Story! Food is basic, but tasty. Seating is fairly open, and not crowded. Welcome air conditioning while we were there!!!

I had the Asian Salad and it was rather filling, but have had it before at Applebees (or similar dining venues). It was nice to rest and enjoy the air conditioning and the food really wasn't bad. But nothing to go out of your way for.
