This is very cute attraction. It a nice rendition of the Little Mermaid movie. You feel like you are under water with Ariel. There are some scenes that could be a little intense for the smaller kids.

I adore this show. It's beautiful, flawless, and intense. The puppetry and the effects in the theater are not to be missed and not to be topped. You're in a small, intimate theater featuring talent you'd pay much more for in an actual full length theater production.
Def. don't miss this, young-old, male-female, you will enjoy this theatrical production.
Go during the hot parts of the day, as the air feels GOOD!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Well produced and performed with top notch effects. Cons: May be too intense for small children.
This show actually is better than its Broadway counterpart. It really captures the feel and heart of the film and brings to life scenes that are part of iconic Disney lore.

Nice break from heat. Hits the main highlights of the Little Mermaid story with good music and performance. You may get a sprinkled with a few drops of water during some parts. Little ones may get scared during the storm scene

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Fabulous effects, favorite movie!! Cons: No more pre-show, story cuts
This is a great show with fantastic effects and and wonderful songs we all know. I'm very glad they updated and took away the laser light effects that I remembered from childhood, because that would be way too nineties. However, I'm sad they took away the narration from the beginning. I remember thinking that was cool. And yes, I know that this is only supposed to be a twenty minute show, but I did not like how they went about the story cuts. Beauty and the Beast did them better, and I know it can be done.

It's something you should see but you probably don't need to go out of your way for it. It's a good show but the effects are extremely out of date and it isn't up to the standards of the other WDW stage shows.

My daughter loves this show; her older brother considers it torture. It helps to be familiar with the movie. Don't sit too close to the front as vision of the raised stage is limited, particularly for small children.

I'm no kid and I love this show. It's a must-do for me whenever I'm at the Studios park. Keep in mind, part of the effects is misting water from above. You won't get wet or even damp but I know some women (my mother) don't appreciate this.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): the puppeteers in black WOW Cons: some Ariels cannot sing well, special effects need refurbished
When this attraction first opened, it was just unbelievable how you really felt like you were under the sea. Some of those special effects are either gone or broken. It used to be so much better. I love those puppeteers in black, what a job they do! Some of the Ariels are just not good singers, and just seem to have no stage presence. The movie part has been cut down further and it just ruins it. But I always go to this attraction. It can be scarey for little ones

Im a little biased because I'm a huge Ariel fan. I love the in theater effects and how the puppetiers were black so as the blend in with the background.
What I find amazing is Ariel has the same mannerisms every show making me question once if she was animatronic

This show is alright - nothing great, but it's enjoyable if you don't have to wait too long. I've seen it lots of times and the singing has always been pretty bad. The scenery is pretty and it's a nice break from the heat, but if you're pressed for time, you'd be okay skipping this (unless you have kids, in which case you should see the show for sure).
