I rode this attraction for the 1st time in July 2008. It was OK. I am not much into thrill rides and the drops really bothered me. Not sure if the lady next to me ever got her hearing back but at least I can say I rode ToT

I took our family of 3 adults and 2 boys ages 6 and 4 on this ride. We all enjoyed the ride, but I am not sure if me or my children will ride again. It was terrifying. My husband had to lay across my youngest son lap, because he was floating out of the seat. He was tall for his age, but skinny. I think there should be some kind of weight requirement. We had to purchase the ride photo because of the expression on my son's face. Never before had I seen sheer terror on his face. My husband wanted to go again, because he didn't get the full experience while trying to keep my son in his seat. This made for a great memory, and that is why I recommend this attraction!!

right there with Pirates of the Caribbean and Splash Mountain as the three best themed rides in all of WDW. I can't wait until my daughters are old/brave enough to ride this ride. The anticipation and theming up to the load area is perfect.

I LOVE this ride!! This is my absolute favorite ride at WDW! The thing I love about coasters is the up and down (as opposed to twists and turns) and Tower of Terror is nothing but up and down with zero gravity thrown in for fun and the hotel and Rod Serling for drama! Nothing better. Nothing. The only thing that would make it more perfect is if it were longer and if I never had to get off.

Fantastic decor in the line is really the highlight of the entire ride. Very good creepy feeling run down hotel.
The Twilight Zone beginning of the ride is very well done but the "scary" part is just a Power Tower or Dr. Doom style bouncy drop ride, nothing special.

My favorite ride of all time. I love the story line. I love the drops and how the ride changes so you never know what to expect. I have spent many an evening riding this over and over again.

One of my favorite rides at WDW. Every time I go, I'm highly impressed with the theming of the ride. The "hotel" set itself is stunning enough that I'd love the opportunity to be able to look around it without being herded through the queue. The "twilight zone" part prior to the really scary part of the ride (the drops!) is delightfully creepy, and the ups and downs of the elevator shaft are a joy for any adrenalin junkie. I loved this ride, but my friend Sarah could only handle it once and made me go back on it by myself if I wanted to ride it again. It's definitely intense and probably isn't for everyone. I think it's a great addition to the park though as true thrill rides are few and far between at WDW.

As far as I'm concerned nothing comes close to comparing with The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. There is so much detail in the themeing of the hotel and que alone that it's an attraction in itself. The ride takes it to another level with surprises every second and the varied drop sequence means you can ride multiple times in one day and have a new experience every time! Just the best!

The first year we went to Disney in 2005, my then 11 year old son would not ride this although his 8 year old sister would. So when we returned in 2006 he vowed to get on, he did a loved it. My point is that very, very few attractions at Disney will alienate certain family members, but this is one of them.
Great ride, not as scary as it looks but worth a visit every time.

This is so well done. A great story, great theming and the FastPass system makes it easy to get on. A fun one to do during the day and then later at night because of the view from the top just before the drop! Don't miss this.

We love TOT and we are always amazed at the short wait. Our Hollywood Studios plan always has been to run immediately to this side of the park to get fast passes for TOT and Rockin Rollercoaster but more often that not, we skip the Tower fast passes because the ride is a walk on.

My favorite ride in WDW. It is thrilling without being terrifying and fun without getting old. I love that you never know what image - if any - you will see during the drops. The added uncertainty of whether or not your CM will be the one who likes to try to scare you makes it that much more entertaining. Everything about this ride is fantastic. We go on it atleast once every trip, usually more.

Obviously anyone who doesn't enjoy fast drops should avoid this ride. The detailed theming of the queue line should be experienced, even if intending to skip the ride.

I can't give this a 10 because while I love it, my wife is terrified of the fall. In fact she bit me on the arm during one of the falls. Ouch.

Great ride with unexpected thrills throughout. The theming is the best I have seen in any attraction. It really draws you into feeling like you have stepped back into early 20th century.
