Positive aspects of the product (pros): Lots of Room Cons: Bland Food
I wasn't a fan of the combo meal that I got at this location. It was a ham sandwich with peppers on it. It was all bland tasting.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Usually quiet and not busy during peak times. Cons: Standard meals.
This is a location that is usually quiet but the food is just ordinary. Standard meals of burgers, chicken, etc. Food is usually ok, nothing out of this world.

Basic food, but out of the way so you can find a quiet spot to have a bite. No bad but never great.

I don't remember much except that the food was fresh (they had good salads) and it was VERY busy and hard to find a table.

The best that can be said about this place (and just about all the fast food places at HS) is that its passable. Your standard fast food fare with a reasonable amount of seating if you need to cool off for a while.

I enjoyed the Backlot Express the one time I went. It had a decent variety, and there was plenty of seating. The food was just average theme park food, though the cheesecake (which was surprisingly small) was pretty good. It's not a top place to eat, but it's quick and convenient for a meal on the go or a simple snack.

Although there is a lot of space in this counter service restaurant, we've found the food to be only average (much like most of the counter service restaurants in DHS). It's very standard theme park food, and fine if you are in need of a quick meal.

This was a disappointing meal espcially since it was our first meal at WDW for our trip. We ordered the turkey sandwiches and they were mediocre at best.
It was also very crowed. On the plus side, it was a good, cool spot between Star Tours and Indy.
There are too many great places at Disney to eat. Don't waste time here.

I had a very good grilled turkey sandwich here. One of the best parts of this restaurant is that you get to fill your own soda. This means you can refill your soda before leaving the restaurant and take a full one with you into the park.

Food was ok, we had a chicken wrap and it was not spectacular, but not horrible either. The location in the park isn't around much else so its a nice place to stop for a soda.

The restaurant is really large with lots of seating. The menu is something left to be desired. We were on the dining plan and ordered a hamburger and the grilled chicken salad.
The chicken salad is good but did not have much chicken. The double hamburger is huge, but tastes like a fast food restaurant. The deserts were better than most. Both the strawberry parfait and marble cheesecake tasted great. The restaurant was crowded but has lots of seating and there is a restroom inside.

Of the 4 Disney parks, Disney Studios, by far, has the worse selection of afforable eating establishments. This really needs to be addressed by the powers that be.

Pretty generic Disney counter service food, hotdogs, hamburgers, chicken nuggets. But not a bad place to get out of the heat if you can find a seat inside. The interior is kind of neat though if you look hard you will see little Disney things (hint you are in a set design building)

Positive aspects of the product (pros): free refills Cons: Limited selection
We always eat here for three reasons: (1) lots of available seating, (2) free soda refills, and (3) outlets to charge our phones. The food is unspectacular. But the location is a convenient meeting place, and a waiting spot while other members of our group rides Star Wars.
