This is an interesting way to see how they take care of some of the animals. It's nice if you can time it to wear they are taking care of the animals. Nice little train ride to the station.

This is a great opportunity for your family to see the animal care up close. If you are a fan of backstage tours, this will appeal to you. This area is most appealing when there is a procedure underway. Otherwise, the cast member do provide information on feeding and care that is unique.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Petting Zoo for the kids Cons: Waiting on the Train
This is, like the jungle trek, one of those things you would want to do if you have never done it before, but may not want to go back unless you just need a break from the scramble of Disney. It's a pumped up animal museum with a little train ride over to it (which you have to take over) and back. There are however mostly exibits about animals instead of many live animals. The exception is the petting area for small kids. Everything in Disney however is probably worth going to once.

Fairly time consuming considering this isn't much more than a petting zoo.
The smaller kids will enjoy the petting zoo though

A train ride takes you to this attraction. There are an numerous displays, which may include opportunities to touch various animals and interact with the carestaff.

this attraction has GREAT, cold Air conditioning, but it can get boring. good to go to after get Fastpasses for the Safari.

I don't recommend this, because if you are trying to see the best of AK, you can skip this. Our grandkids like to ride the train and see the animals. I liked seeing the veterinary area and how the food is mixed. It is interesting.

Our little one liked this, but AK was packed and Conservation Station was a mess as a result. It may have helped to know the vetrinarian's schedule ahead of time so we could watch something cool. Otherwise, it's very much like a science museum. The characters walking around were a nice touch. The kid activities and the reading involved were too advanced for our preschooler. She loved the petting zoo outside, though.

If you only have one day in Animal Kingdom, you might have to skip this. If you do have time, however, you'll find a really informative center with a cool little train ride.
