Our family LOVES this show. The kids get into the audience participation and we get into the raw talent of the participants. The singing is amazing, music and show fun and entertaining from start to finish. There is a lot of talent here and it is fun to sit back and watch. My daughter was selected to get up and participate in the show towards the end and that was a highlight for us. We only showed up about 20 minutes before the show started (and this was in high season in June) and had no problem getting a seat. Love the arena, and the air conditioning is a nice escape in hot Animal Kingdom.
Don't miss this show, VERY entertaining, fun for the whole family!

This is the best show in the park. The music, singing voices and the acrobatics of the performers are all top notch. Festival of the Lion King is entertaining from start to finish!
If you have a younger child and would like to give them the chance to participate in the show, try to sit near the front, which means getting to the queue line fairly early for the next showing. They get to play Follow the Leader around the theater and it's one of those Awwww moments for parents! My daugther was fortunate enough to be chosen last summer and it is one of those precious Disney memories!

This is one of the best shows on property. They keep the action moving quickly and the acrobats are amazing. The show is a must see for us at Animal Kingdom.

This is one of my favorite shows at WDW. I never miss seeing it when I am down there - it's a can't miss attraction. I love the singing and music. The Tumble Monkeys are the best. The whole show is uplifiting and I always leave there with a smile on my face.

As others have said, this is a great show. Some of the things I love about this show - the monkeys on the the tumble track and trapeze, the stilt walkers, the colors, costumes, and most of all the singers. The quality of the singers was right up there with the best shows.
We have always been very lucky and not had to wait to get in. They seemed to be pretty well organized in how they feed people into the theater saving some easily accessible rows to be filled at the end so they can let people in as the show is starting as long as there are empty seats.
We attended this show with our 2 year old granddaughter and when the show was over she started to cry and didn't want to leave because she loved it so much.

This is by far one of my favorite shows. It's great for adults. It's EXCELLENT for kids. It has multiple entertainment aspects all put together one one fabulous stage show. The entertainers have been first rate every time I've seen the show, and I've seen it probably 10 times. I'm going again in three weeks, and I'll be back at that show again. It would have got a 10 had I not been 10 times already.

This is my family's favorite show at WDW!!!
The costumes, music, and energy of the performers are great! The acrobatics are so much fun to watch. And it's fun for the kids if they are chosen to participate.
Instead of a re-telling of the story, it's a song-and-dance interpretation of the themes running through the movie.
A great show -- and on our "not-to-be-missed" list!

Easily one of Disney's best live shows. Good audience interaction, great dancers, music and acrobats. It's entertaining enough to see twice, and that not something I often say about shows. My only complaints are that the seating is a bit uncomfortable and the waiting area is hot, sunny and crowded.

This show rivals many Broadway productions I have seen. The level of production and performance that has gone into FotLK simply creates an expience that even if you only see it once in your life will remain with you.

This is my family's favorite show. The kids enjoy the characters, I enjoy the acrobatics and my wife enjoys the singing and dancing. A must do at the Animal Kingdom.

sorry, i have to say I'm not a big fan of the Lion King MOVIE, but this particular production is amazing! With all the costumes, and musical and performance talent from every corner, this clearly rivals (and outshines in some respects) the Broadway production of the lion king.

Very moving. The beginning is full of atmosphere, then turns into a fun, showy Vegas style musical. The energy of the performs will make or break the experience. It is wonderful for kids, but alot of us grown ups like it as well. Not an attraction that I must see every trip, however.

Ornate theatrical costumes along with great songs from the movie make this a family favorite. There is frequently a long line, but the theater is huge, and when the crowd leaves, it has only one exit and one primaary route into the remainder of the park.

This is a nice show. The costuming is really beautiful, along the lines of the Broadway show. The cast does a good job of keeping the crowd entertained both before and during the show. They have enclosed the theater to cut down on the heat, but it is still an outdoor theater, and gets hot in the summer months. Kids love the tumbling monkeys and the birds.

Wonderful show...we see it every trip. Fast paced, and lots to look at throughout the show.
It seems like a free for all to get seats and some guests get pretty aggressive...LOL!
