Positive aspects of the product (pros): Excellent Facility Cons: None
The spa provides an excellent facility for relaxation. The changing rooms have hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, showers, water/fruit/mints, lounge chairs, easy to use lockers, and personal care items-all complementary. Treatment rooms are spacious, quiet, and private. The Cast Members are very kind and work very hard to give you the best experience possible. It should be noted that the waiting area for treatments is co-ed. If it will make you uncomfortable to sit there in your robe, simply let them know and they will come to the dressing room to get you. The only con I had for this spa has been remidied (they use to bring new guests through the co-ed waiting area where you sat in your robe-it was just a bit awkward. They now bring new guests through a separate entrance.). There is little to no pressure from Cast Members when it comes to purchasing their items following facials, unlike other spas.
