We stayed at the Yacht Club on our most recent visit over Christmas 2011. The room was great, no complaints at all, but I`m reviewing the pool. We were lucky; the weather was wonderful(80 plus days). The pool is massive, it`s like a few smaller intertwined make up the complex. I believe it`s the largest of all the disney pools holding something like 750000 gallon of water. We absolutely loved the sand bottom as well as the sand bars. In addition to the pool, there are a couple of hottubs(nothing exciting but decent enough), and the most amazing shipwreck themed waterslide. Service is great with a nice supply of towels, & great supervision by lifeguards. This pool is only open to Yacht and BeachClub guests. You must show your resort ID and are then given a bracelet for admission. One more thing, Hurrican Hannah`s grill is right by the pool area so when you have had enough swimming just go on up to the QS restaurant and pick something up. If you`re lucky enough and time it right you can get some delicious sushi. I give this pool a 10 and am looking forward to enjoying it this Christmas(2012) when we stay at Beach Club.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
Size variation water slide
Cons:
We have stayed at several resorts over the years and this resort is our favorite mostly because of the pool. Not only is the pool very large but it is also not your ordinary pool. It has a very good waterside especially for a resort. There is a small lazy river type loop that you can use a life preserver or a raft to float around on. A small beach area for the little ones. Hot tubs for the big kids as well as many activities through out the day. As an added bonus Beaches and Cream overlooks the pool. We have found that we can spend several hours playing here without being bored. We take the money we used to spend at a watermark and spend it on a beach club room instead. I have been recommending this resort since 1989. You will not be disappointed!
