Positive aspects of the product (pros):
4 large pools, slide, waterfall, privacy.
Cons:
Not as themed as others but very nice.
We do enjoy the pools at the Swan & Dolphin. The beach side pool area is huge and themed as a grotto with large rocky formations and lush tropical plants.
They seem to cater to everyone - from those looking to exercise at the lap pool, to those with kids (slide, waterfall, beach) and those looking to relax. The large grotto pool is great for exploring as you swim from one area to the next, under bridges and onto the giant waterfall. If kids playing in the pool are too noisy then you can lay on a lounge chair in an area behind the waterfall where you only hear the water pouring off the rocks and into the pool. One thing to consider is that the pools are located a distance away from the hotels (except The Swan lap pool) and this can be a bit of a concern for those who are in a wheelchair or have trouble walking. This is a nice feature for keeping noise away from the guest rooms though. The slide is fun with some twists and turns but not a speed ramp. There are life guards posted and an attendant at the towel hut. Towels are soft and thick. Life jackets are free if requested. Food and drink are close by and you can dine in or out with just a bathing suit.
Combined with the beach, playground and restaurants the pools here are well worth it.
I almost forgot, the hammocks on the beach are perfect for naps!
