Positive aspects of the product (pros): beautiful location Cons: crowded
Pool was very nice, clean, and maintained. The area around it could not have been more beautiful. The only thing I didn't like - which I heard has been changed - was the brown bottom of the pool. It gave the appearance of being dirty - even though it wasn't. I heard it's been painted. There were a lot of chairs around, but in my opinion not enough for all the people there. The pool was crowded when we were there, but warm and pleasant. I liked being near the savannah area. The hot tub was a bit far, but we could see giraffes from the hot tub when we were in it. Didn't try the water slide, but I saw a lot of people on it and they seemed to love it! Near food options, which was good. But I found the bathrooms to be a bit of a walk.

We stayed at Kidani, but came over to use this pool one evening in May. It seemed to be much more crowded than "our" pool; the slide looked to be much slower and shorter. The hours were confusing: the sign stated that the pool closed at 8pm, but we arrived after that and it was still open. It was nice, but we much preferred the pool at Kidani.

My family and I spent a lot of time here this past may. My daughter loved the slide and the beach entry. The pool never seemed crowded so it was also relaxing.
There is a small kiddie pool and it seems to be quiet and secluded. Near there are the clean and huge restrooms.
Behind the slide there is a large hot tub surrounded by foliage and bamboo. There is a small playground near the hot tub and slide as well. Opposite the slide there is a full service bar with televisions also.
There is an abundance of seating for sun bathing or watching your children. The Mara is also nearby if your looking for a bite to eat.
