Positive aspects of the product (pros): short personal interaction with Alice and Mad Hatter Cons: CM's were not helpful
My DS was scared to leave me and the CM's did nothing to encourage him to stay. I still had to pay for him anyway. Was not impressed. DD stayed and said the CM's were rude, the only good thing was when Alice and Mad Hatter came out which was short lived. One can only hope the service has improved. It was a while ago the we went. If anyone has gone recently listen to what they have to say. Ours may have been an isolated event.

My daughter loved the tea party. She has talked about it for two years now and loved meeting Alice and the Mad Hatter. I thought it was really cute and well planned(from what I saw before I had to leave). My DD is not shy at all, but from the other review I think a note of caution needs to be made that adults aren't allowed to stay. That might be a problem for some.

Our 7 year old DD did this in 2008 and she just loved it. She played hide and seek with Alice and the Mad Hatter tried to stick grapes up his nose. She actually asked if she could go to this again as soon as we came to pick her up. I think that she actually enjoyed this more than when she had the princess makeover done.

In March 2011 my daughters, 9 and 7 enjoyed this tea. We had been to Bibbidi Bobbidi boutique before hand, so they were in princess character. Timing was just right, but as we had not been on the grounds before almost got lost trying to find the place from the bus stop and only made it with seconds to spare and would have lost our reservation with no refund I'm sure. My complaint was that I had planed to sit and enjoy an "adult" beverage while I waited for them as suggested in the reviews. I was refused admission to the nice looking restaurant there and instead directed to their quick service cafeteria where I had to pay for a small wine beverage and drink it out of a plastic cup outside. The hostess staff gave me some line about the restaurant being closed, yet they had guest dining that I could see from the door. I was nicely dressed and felt slighted. My daughters thought that Alice and the Mad Hatter were great, but were not there for long. The refreshments were a pretty basic cupcake and juice. But the games with the characters were teriffic! I was super excited with the photos that the disney photographer took which were added to our photo pass. They were great about getting each girl and the two sisters together, and with mom at pick-up time. I'm glad we did this, and it was a nice chance to relax for an hour of "me" time, (without the fancy beverage or appettiser that I had budgeted for). Because there were two tickets to pay for, I probably would not repeat this, once was great.
