We have been three times to this breakfast and love the selection of characters - Minnie is always so sweet and the fairy godmother is excellent with toddlers and babies. Captain Hook is great fun for all - and very scary for a little girl - lol - but he knows how to handle it and holds out a gentlemanly glove for them to shake. Now he is a favorite. The food is mediocre, although the waffles are fun, don't go for the food - go for the characters!
They take your picture when you enter and then want to sell you the packet while you are at your table, just to let you know that is coming.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Lots of characters, in the park Cons: hate the cafeteria-style aspect
We've tried it twice now and the food has been blah twice now although this second experience was marginally better. Last time it was close to closing and they didn't have as many varieties of hot food.
I hate cafeteria-style, please give me a buffet where I can choose my own waffle or traditional table service so this is perhaps a huge reason for my ambivalence about this place.
My three young boys loved the self-serve beverages. They drank - chocolate milk, hot chocolate, juice, etc - more than they ate, for sure.
The characters here are delightful. So attentive to all the guests and so plentiful. We saw Pip the Penguin here - my character-jaded kids were vibrating from the excitement of seeing him! this is the main reason I recommend it. Just adjust your expectations that the meal will be anything beyond basic meat, eggs and carbs.

We had such a wonderful time here, the kids are already begging to do it again! Upon checking in, a picture of your group is taken (be ready, it's Disney, and they'll offer you picture packages later at your table), and you get adorable souvenir buttons.
The food was fantastic, and the best meal of our whole trip. Everything from fresh fruit to Mickey pancakes and everything in between.
Then, after we took our pates out to the gorgeous outdoor dining area, the kids saw tons of characters, who all stopped to get pictures. My favorite picture is actually of the kids and Chip here, with the colors so bright and cheerful and the kids' grins a mile wide.
This was definately worthwhile, and the first place we'll be eating at on our upcoming trip!

I would rate the character interaction a 10 & the food anywhere from a 5 to an 8. We usually aren't impressed by the food here, but our last trip this summer proved to be a positive experience. The food was actually pretty good (except for the scrambled eggs that were very rubbery & squeeky). We've seen anywhere from 7 to 14 characters at this meal.

This is the best opportunity for kids to really interact with a huge array of characters. We saw Minnie, Chip, Dale, Eeyore, Pooh, Tigger, Cindy's GM, Donald, Pinocchio, Capt. Hook, Brer Fox, and I'm sure I'm forgetting some. All hung out long enough to take good pics and engage with the kids. It saves who knows how many hours waiting to see the characters on the street. And the food is great, in a beautiful setting with stained glass, mirrors. Show up early at the gate to get the best interaction -- we were the second family in, and got alot of quality time with the characters before most of the rest were even through the line. Note that the entrance for Minnie's breakfast is over by gate number 1, the far left as you're looking at the entry/exit gates. (Don't stand in line with the crowds for the Magic Morning entry, which are further to the right.)
