Summit Plummet is the big daddy and is one of the world's tallest and fastest free-falling slides. Standing 120 feet tall and 13 stories high, this is an adrenaline rush. Children have to be 48 inches tall to ride.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
thrilling freefall adrenaline rush
Cons:
splashdown ending
We have been to BB many times, but because of our children's young ages, never tried the more thrilling rides. They were a little frightened of trying any slides, and so Dad thought he would give them confidence by conquering Summit Plummet! At the start, you cannot see the bottom and your legs hang from the precipitous cliff. Others reported I reached a top speed of 63 MPH. But the splashdown at the bottom (literally) felt like being spanked in a fraternity hazing gauntlet. Nothing serious, I could still sit and walk fine, but the next day had two eggplant-colored bruises to wear as badges of my courage. The kids did go on all the slides, including Slushin Gusher: but not Summit Plummet!

This was the first slide of "The Colon Cleanse". I rode immediately after park opening and so there was only a short wait. The best part of this ride was the view from the loading platform: I could see Animal Kingdom Lodge, Hollywood Studios, the Contemporary, Cinderella Castle and Space Mountain.
The drop itself was not so bad, but the pain in my bottom wasn't worth it.
