Positive aspects of the product (pros): Nice rooms and suites, close to the ART shuttle stop, great staff Cons: hot breakfast was OK--not great.
For the most part, we really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton in May 2009. The front desk staff was very helpful and accomodating. One staff member went out of her way to make sure that we received the best room setup for our group.
The rooms were nice and spacious, and the suites have a full kitchen, sitting area with television, and a balcony. The suites that are north facing give a nice view of the fireworks at night.
The breakfast was just OK. There were plenty of cold items (muffins, bagels, cereal, etc.), but the hot items were lacking. The eggs were usually a bit rubbery.
The pool was a little small but very empty during the afternoons. We usually had it to ourselves.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Family room, coffee and tea Cons: sheets, breakfast
My family of four stayed here on July 10-12. I don't think it is as nice as other Hampton Inns. I enjoy staying at Hampton Inn because of the breakfast and coffee as well as the wonderfully soft bedding. This hotel had a lackluster breakfast and the bedding was not soft.
However, we had a family room, which had the neatest layout. There was an alcove with two fold out chairs, a chest with linens, and a tv. My girls loved it! Right around the corner was a king bed and another tv. There was a mini fridge and microwave in the hall. It was a very family friendly room.
