Positive aspects of the product (pros): Closest motel to Disneyland Cons: The breakfast they provide, needs more lighting
We were a group of three women who travelled to Disneyland. We were not looking for something extravagant, just something to rest our heads and feet at night. The Best Western Park Place Inn certainly fit the bill. This is the closest lodging to Disneyland. Just a walk across the crosswalk and you are on your way.
Check in was a breeze, we had the room type that we requested. We did not want to share beds, so we booked a 2 queen room with a hide-a-bed (pull-out). The queen beds were comfortable and the woman sleeping on the pull-out was happy with her bed as well. There is a half wall that separates the beds from the couch and chair area. The room was clean and comfortable.
There is a vanity area outside of the bathroom which was great for us doing our hair & make-up while someone else was in the shower. The lighting does need to be a bit better though. It is a bit dark. We opened the curtains and turned on the lights. It was not horrible though.
The breakfast they serve is across the driveway in the restaurant next door. We were at the hotel for 5 nights. We ate there on the first morning only. It was not good. It was the usual cereal, muffins, danish, oj, coffee, etc. The items did not seem really fresh. It could have been the second day of the food, but again, we only ate there one morning and did not give it another chance.
All in all, we had a good stay, and I would not hesitate to stay there again. It was quiet and clean with a comfortable bed. After a day in the parks, that is all I really need.

BWPPI is just steps across the crosswalk from the east entrance to Disneyland. I would look to stay there again when visiting DLR.
The room was clean and comfortable. Daily breakfast buffet was nothing special but provided a range of good options including hot foods and good coffee.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Location, price, cleanliness Cons: Free wifi not reliable
We stayed at the Best Western Park Place Inn December 2012. The location simply cannot be beat, it is literally right across the road from the Disneyland entry plaza. We stayed in a King room, which was comparable to a moderate resort toom at WDW. Room and hotel was clean. Only minor quibble was that the hotel's free wifi was not strong and difficult to connect to at times. Overall we would not hesitate to stay there again.
