Although this ride gets a bad rap after going "under new maangement" I enjoy it. Its a great place to rest and enjoy a disney classic with a new twist.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Familiar Characters, Wonderful Queue Line Show Cons: Dumbs down original Tiki Room Show
After visiting the Disneyland Tiki Room, I was somewhat apprehensive to see this new version, Under New Management" at WDW. I loved the pre-show queue and I thought the show was fine, but nearly as unique as the original version. I could be considered a bit of a Walt Disney purist...
Also, Gilbert Gottfried's voice was never a favorite of mine and Iago is his usual annoying self.

My girls 6 and 2 both enjoyed this. The songs are catchy but its a little out of date even with it being under new management. Its a great little sun to get out of the heat or rain. If you've never done it go.

When my kids were younger we used to sneak away to the Tiki room for some cooling off and rest for just a few moments. Now that they're older we love the catchy song and sing "In the Tiki tiki tiki room" all day long. Yes, it's old school, but the Disney lover in me just has to see it every time.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): New take on classic Cons: Miss the origional
I loved the origional but I a also glad they have brought some new life back to this classic attraction. One word of warning, my son was afraid of "the Big Red Bird." Except with addition of Jerry Orbach playing Pierre, the original voices of the birds returned to sing their songs. Great place to cool down.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great place to get out of the sun and cool down and of course the catchy songs. Cons:
The Tiki Room is a great place to not only get out of the sun/rain to cool down or dry off but a great place to enjoy a part of Disney that is very seldom crowded (At least when we visit WDW). It does have catchy songs that you tend to sing hours after you have left the show. But that seems to make our trip that much more memorable.

My wife and I are pretty big fans of the original attraction, so we were excited to see this. Our excitement, however, flew out the window as this show became more and more annoying. (If only those BIRDS would fly out the window...)
The pre-show is enjoyable, but if you're looking to get out of the sun, there are better options.
If it's your first time to the park, do it to say you've done it. If you don't have time, feel fine in skipping this. Just make sure you visit the nearby Aloha Isle for a tasty Dole Whip.

I will be honest with you I have a hard time remembering the old version of the Tiki room, I am still fairly young and was in my tween years when they made the switch. That being said it is still a good place to get out of the rain or sun and sit down. I have never been able to find the best place to sit I always seem to end up missing something. Be careful with young kids there are some really dark moments.

We honestly only stumbled into this attraction because it was a HOT June day and we were wanting to get out of the sun for a bit. It was a nice escape from the crowded parks and the heat. The show was just o.k., I found it entertaining but definitely nothing memorable. My kids enjoyed the show and thought it was cute. We all were singing "in the tiki tiki tiki tiki tiki room" all day long after that. This isn't a must see attraction, but fun for the family to get out of the heat.

I like the new management addition. I liked the older version too, but I like the new jokes from Iago. I think it's a cute show.

I give it a 7. I miss the old version too, but this is good. There's enough of the nostalgia still there to make it a must visit attraction for us. It also doesn't hurt that its cool and dark in there.

I couldn't give this a one only because it IS air conditioned and a welcome respite from the hot Florida sun. Other than that it's a dud. Ugh. I will NEVER go through this again. It's annoying and boring and nothing good. Oh, and a great waste of space in Adventureland.

The Enchanted Tiki room is a charming use of the animatronics, and you can almost picture one of the original ideas speculated to actually have a restaurant underneath. The preshow is cute, and we enjoy the birds and the polynesian totem poles. However, the Polynesian Princess with the glowing red devil eyes caused her fair share of nightmares for our daughter when she was younger, so take precautions.

Sorry Zazu & Iago; I know it's not your fault that the script for the New Management show is so atrocious. The old show may have been slow and the birds/flowers/tikis in need of an update, but at least the 'theme' wasn't annoying then. It's a real shame what's happened here.
Unless you're in desperate need of a/c or a while of sitting in the shade, or really have nothing else left to see, don't bother.

It is a dark, cool place to take a break during the heat of the day. It's mildly cute if you don't expect too much out of it. All in all, though, it's rather boring.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): relaxing, out of the heat, entertaining. Cons: can be loud for some ears.
This is a nice relaxing attraction that will get you out of the heat of the day. I enjoy the pre show on this one. The loud freaky bird "may" scare some younger children. All in all a great Disney attraction. I never did see the older on so I have nothing to compair it to.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Walt did this. Cons: Ma y be too laid back for some.
I like this one more than most people. It's well done and entertaining. Just good clean fun. Has that "CLASSIC" Disney feel. In comparison to the Country Bears, this is much better.
